The key to Anxiety

For the last three years i Ran
Against the traps of anxiety
Without realizing I was the fuel
And it was not burning quietly

I Ran away from it
Like it was my worst nightmare

I was making it real
And exhausting the air

Don't Run
From a thing that's not real
Accept the sensation
Stay calm and still

Just try to overcome
Don't run away from it
Grab the bull by the horns
And give him a treat

Wait until it passes and you win
A life changing and smile you never seen

Accept it and try to distract yourself
Trought the tv or the book on the shelf

Don't materialize feelings
No matter what you feel
Escapes are feeding it
